Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OSAT account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic devices in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the hardware for functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
