We offer expedited and standard shipping options. Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Does OSAT provide a warranty on electronic products?

Yes, all OSAT electronics come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are also available at checkout.

What is your return policy for opened items?

We offer a 30-day return window. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. A small restocking fee may apply to certain high-value electronics.

Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?

Most of our portable electronics are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the 'Technical Specifications' section on the specific product page to ensure compatibility with your region's power grid.

How can I track my shipment?
